Capital Bank Ranks with Big in ASEAN

Major banks in Indonesia is still less than the capital and market capitalization than banks in Southeast Asia. Despite the defeat of two categories, the bank from Indonesia has the advantage and the most rapid growth in assets.

According to data Katadata, PT Bank Mandiri Tbk, which has the largest assets in the country is still in sixth Southeast Asia in terms of market capitalization. Meanwhile, PT Bank Central Asia Tbk was ranked fifth.

Return on equity of Bank Rakyat Indonesia recorded 34.9 percent, 28.4 percent of BCA, Bank Mandiri and 23.7 percent.
